  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. No date or time will be reserved until the required deposit has been received.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits compensate for reserved time, scheduling commitments, preparation, and the inability to accept other bookings during the reserved time period.

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their scheduled photography or videography session.

  • Additional time requested beyond the booked appointment is subject to additional fees and must be approved based on availability.

  • Full payment of any remaining balance is due according to the payment terms agreed upon at booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Deposits remain non-refundable regardless of cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling.

  • Final delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope, editing requirements, and client revisions.

  • Capturing The Essence Of Time LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, severe weather, illness, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • Clients receive a license to use delivered images and videos for their intended personal or business purposes. Copyright ownership remains with Capturing The Essence Of Time LLC unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • By booking services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
